No Cash Refunds

Please note that all sales are final—we do not offer cash or card refunds once an order is placed and delivered. However, if there is a mistake or damage on our end, we will gladly send you a fresh replacement!

When Can You Request an Exchange?

We only offer exchanges if your order arrives:

Damaged during shipping
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item or scent sent)

Note: We cannot exchange items that arrived in perfect condition or candles that have already been lit.

How It Works

Reach Out: Send us a direct message on Instagram with your Order Number plus a quick photo and video showing the issue.
Free Replacement Shipping: If your item is damaged or incorrect, we cover 100% of the shipping fees to get a new one to your doorstep.
Delivery Time: Once your exchange is approved, your replacement will be sent out within 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
